Flowers for Everyone offer a professional flower and gift delivery service in the Greater Sydney region. To ensure we meet your service expectations, please make sure to read the important information below about the way we work.

 

Our Standard Delivery Fee

Monday - Sunday Deliveries (Excluding Public Holidays): Flowers for Everyone's standard delivery fee is $17.95.

We do not offer a VIP or rushed delivery service option.

 

Same Day Delivery Service

Monday - Sunday: Orders placed online or by phone before 4:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are guaranteed to arrive on the same day:

  • Anytime by 7:00pm for residential deliveries
  • Anytime by 5:00pm for business deliveries
  • Anytime by 3:00pm for school deliveries

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is now available via our:

All items advertised on our website are available for Click & Collect but please note certain flowers and/or products may be unavailable due to seasonal or market availability.

Our delivery collection windows are available from Monday to Friday:

  • 10 am - 12 pm 
  • 12 pm - 3 pm
  • 3 pm - 5 pm

All orders requiring a pick-up window of 10 am - 12 pm must be placed before midnight the night before. 

Our pick-up windows for same-day collection are 12 pm - 3 pm and 3 pm-5 pm. The time slot availability will vary based on the time you place your order. Please note your order will be ready for collection within the time frame selected, we cannot alter or guarantee any particular time your order will be ready for collection both outside and inside these time windows. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Upon collection, a copy of your Order ID / Tax Invoice is required and for the safety of your order, please show your ID to our team member. If you require someone else to pick up your order for you, let us know via the 'Special Pick Up Instructions' when ordering​. When nominating someone else to collect your order, please let them know we require a form of identification before we release the order. 

Click & Collect options may vary for occasions such as Valentine's day & Mother's day.

 

Requesting Specific Delivery Times

Due to daily logistics and traffic variables, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times or time ranges. Please also note, how far in advance you place your order does not have any impact on the time your order will be delivered.

We understand you may have special delivery requests for funeral services. Flowers for Everyone has provided a professional funeral flower delivery service in Sydney for over 20 years and can help with any questions or needs you may have. If The Recipient Is Not Home

We recommend you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one answers the door to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift, if it is safe to do so. If a valid mobile is placed on the order, the recipient will receive a text notification to let them know they have a delivery at the door.

You can use the 'Delivery Tips for Courier' box in the online checkout process, to give specifics about where flowers can be left safely if the recipient may be unavailable. Please note - our drivers may call the recipient if they are experiencing difficulties accessing the premises.  

 

Incorrect Delivery Address

Flowers for Everyone is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure to enter all the correct details at the time of ordering, and enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide special delivery instructions in the Delivery Tips for Courier box when you place your order, and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply.

 

Providing Correct Contact Information

Please ensure that you provide a valid phone number and email address when placing your order. This will allow us to contact you should there be any questions or concerns. Please read our privacy statement if you have any concerns regarding your privacy.

 

Delivering To Nursing Homes & Hospitals

Flowers For Everyone delivers to nursing homes and hospitals throughout Greater Sydney. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide as much information as possible in regards to the ward/room.

Please note: In many instances, as per hospital/nursing home guidelines, deliveries must be left with reception. We are unable to accept accountability after the arrangement has been delivered to reception. 

During these unprecedented Covid times, we ask that before placing your order, you call and double-check that deliveries are being accepted by the selected hospital/nursing home. If not, for lengthy stays, you may want to consider having the arrangement delivered to an alternate address, or have the delivery occur once the patient has been discharged.

Royal Prince Alfred (RPA), Randwick Public and Randwick Private Hospital are not accepting deliveries during Covid times. Please arrange an alternative address for delivery.

Please note: if the order is placed and delivery is attempted, we are unable to accept responsibility for the failed delivery.

 

Gifts Which Include Alcohol & Liquour

Flowers for Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.

Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm.

 

Transport Of Vase Arrangements

Please note that arrangements designed in glass vases are carefully placed in a special transportation box. The vase will remain inside the transportation box upon delivery, ready for the recipient to remove and display.

COVID-19 Delivery Procedures

Your health and safety is a priority for us at Flowers for Everyone. We are a COVID-safe accredited supplier, which is why we've implemented a low-touch policy and COVID safety plan for all deliveries. This is to help keep our team, couriers and the public safe during these uncertain times. The policy has been implemented as follows:

  • Couriers will not be required to collect physical signatures on delivery
  • Strict social distancing is adhered to when delivering orders. We have implemented contactless deliveries where it is safe to do so. When dropping off an order our couriers will knock and leave the delivery on the doorstep to avoid close contact. As much as we would love to be able to hand-deliver your order, we hope you understand this policy to help keep our community safe. 
  • Couriers delivering to businesses will leave deliveries at the reception desk where possible
  • Couriers must regularly sanitise and are encouraged to wear face masks and/or gloves where possible

 

Floods & Natural Disasters

In these unprecedented times, of sudden and unexpected flooding, we will endeavour to deliver your order as requested but in some instances, our attempts may not be successful. For the safety of our team and your recipient, we are unable to send our couriers into flood-affected areas. In this instance, don't worry, our team will call you to organise alternative delivery arrangements.
