If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, we urge you to contact us within 72 hours of receipt of flowers for a full replacement of your order. Although Flowers For Everyone takes great pride in the quality and freshness of our products, there is no exact science to predict exactly how long our flowers will last.
In addition to flowers being fragile and perishable products, there are many variables that can impact their longevity. They will react to their immediate indoor environment (eg. air conditioning and heating) and external weather conditions (such as extreme heat). Once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surroundings may also result in reduced longevity that is out of our control.
To assist you with getting the most out of your flowers, we include a 'Care Instruction Card' and flower food with all deliveries. Our care instructions must be followed thoroughly to get the ultimate life span out of your blooms.
On average, most flowers should last between 3 and 5 days. Should your flowers perish within 3 days of the delivery date and we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Flowers For Everyone are happy to resend replacement flowers at our expense, on a day/time you request.
Flowers For Everyone does however, require that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to the Flowers for Everyone Customer Care Team within 3 days of delivery by emailing sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au. The customer will need to send an image of the blooms.
IMPORTANT: To assist us in assessing the product quality, Flowers For Everyone also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers within 3 days of the delivery date. This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Images also help us to show growers/suppliers what has happened to the product they have provided us with.
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please call our Customer Care Team on 1800 66 66 46 or email sales@flowersforeveryone.com.au within 3 days of the delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you, subject to your particular situation.
All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card or Paypal account for which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card or by EFTPOS only for which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and/or subject to availability and supply on the day of your delivery. In this instance, our florists will do their best to substitute the unavailable product with an item of similar quality and value, to complement the image on our website. This policy also applies to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested, and that the recipient receives the best possible blooms available on the day of delivery.
Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules. Should this be the case, we will endeavour to advise you of the situation.
Monday - Saturday Deliveries (Excluding Public Holidays): Flowers for Everyone's standard delivery fee is $16.95.
We do not offer a VIP or rushed delivery service option.
Monday - Friday: Orders placed online or by phone before 2:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are guaranteed to arrive on the same day:
Saturday: Orders placed online or by phone before 12.00pm AEST on Saturday will be delivered anytime by 5:00pm.

Flowers For Everyone sells food hampers and flower arrangements that may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.
Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
